SMS

SMS notifications and high-volume messaging are not currently implemented. They are not included in launch pilot access.

Is there a setup fee?

VanityOps confirms any setup, migration, or implementation work and its price in writing before activation.

Do you charge per customer?

The current application does not enforce per-customer billing. Your pilot agreement will state any commercial limits before activation.

Can I use VanityOps at multiple locations?

A business workspace can configure multiple locations. Confirm your launch scope and pricing with VanityOps before adding production locations.

How is launch access billed?

Subscription checkout is not currently built into the application. VanityOps will confirm price, billing method, support, and renewal terms directly with each pilot business.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. The client experience is mobile-friendly and works through the web, giving customers a simple way to check in and follow their visit without another download.

What types of businesses does VanityOps support?

VanityOps is designed for hair salons, barbershops, nail salons, lash and brow studios, waxing studios, estheticians, and other beauty and wellness businesses. Med spas may use its non-clinical front-desk operations only; VanityOps is not currently a medical record system and must not be used for protected health information.
